Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally contained in this recent document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying different sections of the land.

In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

More images made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
